  7. 1. What is UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard?

  10. UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard is a utility program that creates native Windows self-extracting
  11. Zip and Rar files.
  12. These self-extracting files are ideal for file distribution because they:
  13.  
  14.  1. Can contain multiple compressed files, ensuring that important files do not become
  15.     separated from the rest of the package. 
  16.  2. Allow the receiver to use a familiar Windows interface to decompress files, without
  17.     owning or knowing how to use a separate unzip utility.
  18.  3. Optionally run a "setup" or "installation" program, which may be included by the developer when the files
  19.     are decompressed. 
  20.  4. Possibility to select from multiple sfx types.
